PONG!

hey. i just want to know whether there is inteest in doing an official pong plan for 3v3. We played it yesterday a bit (with Tof and stemp...) and i really love that map. i dont have a picture of it here (im at school) but i hope somebody can put it^^.
What really pwned in all the matches i playd was a sniper in the upper right/bottom left corner. he controls so much of the map, especially the ennemial or own flag, so that its either hard to take our flag or capture it.
you can see one result of my snipering in the upper right corner on he Pong-pwning screenshot in the screenshot-thing^^.
when the other babos take SMG, it it really fascinating how they pawn. trhe snier kills so many wounded babos, so that normally the SMGers have very good chances to get the ennemial flag. and the sniper really often just shoots the flag cariier before scoring, which is not only humiliating, but really important, because it is a really small map and the flag can be captured easily when the other team is dead. i really think we should try out PONG in training and see how it works.

Why does nobody reply to this topic?? Am I the only one who loves Pong and who thinks that it can be a nice weapona against good clans, because they hardly ever play it but as a joke???

This map is so small that I think it's all about the weapons we choose and the skillz we have. And also we got to well chose who plays ahead, and who plays behind. I think this is obvious there should be a sniper near our flag. For the rest, it depends to my mind on the number of players.

the most important thing for this map is that everybody when spawn throw their flame on the flag. the flame is pointless to throw anywhere else... and smg + sniper is the best choice...

True. And if there are many players, maybe a shotgun and/or a flamethrower could be interesting as a bonus.

from my experience the sniper has its best position in the upper right and bottom left corner, to control the ennemy flag and to shoot every ennemy who spawns near it and to control all the ways to our flag (which is exactly 2). i really pwn with sniper on that map as can be seen on this nice screenshot of a yesterdays game:



even if it was TDM and not CTF i really pwn them all...

Last times u really own with the sniper in corner.As yesterday.I was little angry of it ,
The idea with Pong could be interesting strategy.But in that case we have to train a lot this map.And also good idea could be to appoint maps that we will officialy play on CM`s.A lot is about practice.
Btw this is my screen of little owning.I just want to little chalange you
, there are all posible options to kill used.There is only one thing missing.It`s the 5th kill

haha!!! very nice screenie! I think the fidth kill would have destroyed the different ways of killing the others. there are only 4 ways to kill them, so i think thats a grat thing!
